Perfect example of Don't judge a book by its cover. When you stay at as many places as I do. Flash means nothing. Why pay hundreds more. Everything was clean and pleasant. Showers are great.(that's a big deal in my opinion) breakfast is nothing great but at least they have something. Will stay again. Great price great location. And staff was busy but got you taken care of if you just go with the flow.
I've been here before around July of thos year. I had an unpleasant incident with the reception. Im back tonight for a visit with a friend staying in. I didn't check in. But I noticed some changes on the night shift reception. They seem helpful, the place is safe with cameras and a security on duty from 5 pm tell the morning time. They still have their beatiful pool, and my friends room looked clean and tidy. Wally Jo's enhanced rating review
4 stars... would be 5 but unfortunately some things didn't work in the room, like the second shower. The heater ( they do provide small room heater ). A lamp. Dub was dirty & carpets needing a good cleaning. Service was amazing & the location is prime.
The rooms was very nice. I was really pleased with the rooms. The service was not so good. Never got the sheets changed. No one ever came into the room to do any type of cleanup or empty The trash had to go get toilet paper. Breakfast was good except need to have some type of protein meat on the menu. Need to have someone there that can understand English when you're trying to talk and explain your needs up on the floors. Front deck service was nice and professional. Will stay again if in that area.
The service here is very professionally executed. The hospitality of their hotel management is genuine. And the room is well prepared and clean. Good deal here. I would recommend coming here for your vacation. I’m definitely coming back !! Thanks management.
I have been staying at the Ramada Inn located on Auburn Blvd in Sacramento CA and I can't tell you guys enough about how GREAT this hotel is! First they allow early check in! And I don't mean like 2pm, I mean they have let us check in as early as 11am! No hotel ever let's you get an check in as early as that. The hotel is clean and it stays that way. I am constantly seeing the house keepers and maintenance people around this place constantly. They offer some of the best amenities; complementary breakfast, huge clear pool, laundry on site, business center, and a snack shop in the lobby. The rooms are always clean and they also have Balconies!!! Eloisa is so wonderful! All of the staff is great, but Eloisa is on top of things! And she is the nicest front desk person I have meet in a very long time and makes sure that you have everything you need. I will always come back here when I need to ask long as they have the availability.
Ok, let's face it, long way from the Ritz, but you can definitely do a lot worse! The place is pretty outdated structurally, which i think comes with some issues, but the details seemed fresh and pretty. Had 2 rooms on my stay due to a change of plans (personal problem) and both rooms were clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. I'd say the rooms are nicer looking and feeling than all the common areas i saw, which I prefer. Would rather that than a nice hallway to a beat up room. Coin-op laundry was super handy, didn't use the fitness room but it also looked nice enough, breakfast got the job done but would have been nice to have some fruit of some kind. I do wish for a couple other things, a drinking fountain or something to fill water bottles would have been much appreciated, the pool was dissapointingly down for my stay, and there were a lot of beeping fire alarms in the halls. The room with the ice machine also kinda smelled like something might have died, small detail.. all in all, a great stay though, staff was very kind to help accommodate a special/weird request for work and were always readily available! Thank you guys, I would definitely stay again!
This place was very bad only I stayed one night. They gave me a heater for the room which did not give sufficient heat. Do not go there
